By accessing and using YegnaShare (yegnashare.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
YegnaShare is a subscription-sharing platform that allows users to access premium digital services (such as Netflix, Spotify, Adobe, etc.) at reduced prices by sharing accounts with other users. We manage the accounts, assign credentials, and ensure fair access for all participants.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree not to create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
All payments are processed through our supported payment gateways (Telebirr, NOWPayments crypto). Subscriptions are activated only after successful payment verification. Prices are displayed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) with optional USD conversion. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the billing period unless renewed.
You agree not to: share your assigned credentials with anyone outside the platform; attempt to change shared account passwords or settings; use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform; abuse, harass, or interfere with other users' access. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Credentials provided to you are for your personal use only within the YegnaShare platform. You must not share, sell, or distribute these credentials to any third party. All credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. YegnaShare may update credentials at any time; you will be notified of any changes through your dashboard and email.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the platform, or fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your access to shared credentials will be revoked immediately.
YegnaShare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any interruptions in third-party services (Netflix, Spotify, etc.), loss of access due to credential changes by the service provider, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
